Position Summary

Job Summary:

In this role, the Executive Assistant will support the International Managing Director and the EMEA Regional Managing Director, working closely with their respective International & Regional Leadership Teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day executive activities.

In addition to core executive support, the EA will play a key role in enabling effective internal communications, coordinating social and engagement initiatives, and providing ad hoc marketing and communications support to enhance Creator experience and connectivity across the region.

This is a highly visible and varied role, and the ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, creative, and quick-thinking, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail. You will build strong, trusted relationships across the leadership team and wider business, acting as a central coordination point for both executive activity and broader team engagement.

The role operates at pace and requires a high level of responsiveness, adaptability, and sound judgement. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes, managing competing priorities, and ensuring tasks are completed to a consistently high standard.

Due to the collaborative and high-touch nature of the role, this position is primarily office-based, with an expectation of working from the office four days per week. This ensures effective support for in-person leadership activity, real-time coordination, and a visible presence to support internal communications, engagement initiatives, and wider business operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
