Experian invests in people and new advanced technologies to unlock the power of data. We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in EDQ and one of his direct reports.

In this role, you will be providing high-level support to a senior leader with regional and global responsibilities. You will be using excellent judgement, resilience, and the confidence to manage competing priorities, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and make informed decisions on the MD's behalf.

The role is heavily focused on inbox and diary management, coordinating travel, supporting strategic business activities, and enabling collaboration across a diverse network of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and dynamic diaries for the Managing Director and one of their direct reports, ensuring effective prioritisation of time and business-critical activities.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, confidently challenging requests and prioritising stakeholder access based on business needs and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex multi-country itineraries, accommodation, visas, and logistics.
  • Exercise sound judgement when making decisions on behalf of the MD, understanding when issues can be managed independently and when approval is required.
  • Build strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders across the UK and globally to facilitate seamless collaboration and support.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
