Annual Salary: £40K+ benefits

6 months Fixed term with an opportunity to apply for permanent role, Full-time - 35 hours per week.

Home based, fairly regular travel required to our care homes for meetings and events

About The Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides administrative support to the Chief Executive, Board and wider leadership team. The role works closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management Team and wider Central Support Team. In addition, this role spends time on internal communications and provides capacity to the marketing team as required.

As an Executive Assistant joining our diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:

  • Provide executive admin support to the CEO, including diary management, meetings, travel and occasional support to Directors.
  • Manage communication flow for the CEO, including reports, presentations, internal updates, social media posts and personalised messages to staff, families and residents.
  • Coordinate executive and Board meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes and tracking actions.
  • Handle confidential information and documents with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support CEO-led projects, company events (summer/Christmas celebrations, Golden Heart Awards) and provide additional help to the marketing team.
  • Oversee office and central supplies, tech equipment and general workplace organisation, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in administration or diary management
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong and warm written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office suite, databases, customer relationship management systems, web systems, design software, social media platforms, etc)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Experience of organisation of meetings, travel arranging, diary management and email management
  • Ability to take concise, accurate and efficiently produced minutes of meetings

This role will require regular travel to the homes which are in rural locations. A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car is therefore desirable.

The second stage of the process will be held in person at Eversfield Care Home in Reigate on the 28th July 2026
