About the Role

We are looking for an EMEA Executive Assistant to provide executive and interpersonal support to senior leaders within the revenue driving organization. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for supporting leaders and making organizations better – through relationships, teamwork, and keeping things running with great process.

Ideally, this role is located either in Munich, Germany or London, UK.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide executive support to the extended leadership team as needed within the revenue leading organization
  • Planning, organizing, and balancing multiple global calendars with appropriate attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handling and balancing expense reports and purchase requisitions submissions
  • Develop and manage meeting agendas, cadence activities, communications
  • Manage cross-functional projects and track progress against milestones
  • Analyse business data and prepare executive reports and insights.
  • Prioritize and manage content collection and contribution for presentations, meetings, and communications

What We Need To See

  • 5+ years of experience working at an Executive Assistant level across EMEA.
  • B.S./B.A degree or equivalent experience
  • Standout colleague with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility and the ability to change directions quickly
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks
  • Available to travel to the London site 2–3 days per week.
  • Able to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and scale task management.
