Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Slough with hybrid working
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits
This role sits at the heart of an exciting venture between Jameel Motors and GAC, established to introduce the AION range of intelligent electric vehicles to the UK market.
You will play an important role in supporting the leadership team as AION Auto UK continues to expand its presence, helping to deliver strategic priorities while contributing to a customer experience that reflects the innovation, intelligence and ambition behind the brand.

Role Overview
As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the General Manager during an exciting period of growth. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help coordinate priorities, manage key business activities and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the organisation.
Working closely with UK and international stakeholders, you will play a central role in supporting leadership meetings, coordinating projects and enabling the management team to focus on delivering strategic objectives. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to the General Manager, managing priorities, coordinating complex diaries and facilitating effective communication across UK and international stakeholders.
- Coordinate management meetings and business reviews, preparing agendas, presentations and briefing materials, recording actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, expenses and purchase order administration.
- Support the planning and delivery of company meetings, events and visits from international colleagues and partners.
- Assist with project coordination and the delivery of strategic business initiatives, tracking actions and supporting progress against key objectives.
- Support office administration and help establish efficient processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement as the business grows.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, directors or executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
- Good attention to detail, combined with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships at all levels.
- A high level of discretion, professionalism and integrity when handling confidential information.
