Executive Assistant - VP EMEA

The Role: Executive Assistant – VP EMEA
Support the VP for EMEA and the leadership team by maintaining efficiency, organisation, and cross-company alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the VP EMEA.
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring the VP stays focused on high-impact initiatives.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and expenses (flights, hotels, ground transport, invoicing).
- Organise and facilitate key team activities, including:
- Meetings (planning, attendance, minutes, follow-ups)
- Offsites, conferences, and events
- Executive reporting and information dissemination
- Anticipate leadership needs, proactively streamline processes, and handle sensitive data with discretion.
- Maintain confidential executive files and records.
- Support cross-functional teamwork to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
Essential
- 3+ years of executive support experience at VP-level or above (preferably in a fast-growth organisation).
- Proven project management skills with a track record of improving workflows.
- Fluency in: Google Suite (including Calendar), Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Travel coordination: Past experience managing flights, hotels, and expense reports.
- Event planning: Ability to orchestrate meetings, offsites, and professional gatherings.
- Multitasking: Skill in balancing cross-time-zone priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
- Attention to detail: Reliable execution, error-mitigation, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for drafting, editing, and collaborating.

Compensation & Benefits
The role offers:
- Salary: £68,000–£90,000** (negotiated based on experience and location).
