Executive Assistant
6-Month Contract
Location: London / Hybrid Working (1–2 Days in Office per Week)
Pay: £180.10 p/d PAYE
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? We are partnering with a leading global organisation within the insurance sector to recruit a highly capable EA to provide support to a senior executive with global responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and international team, playing a pivotal role that extends beyond traditional diary and inbox management. You'll be the person who helps keep the team connected, drives follow-up actions, and ensures key initiatives stay on track.
About the Role
Supporting a senior global leader, you will provide comprehensive executive support while acting as a central point of coordination across international teams and stakeholders. This is a varied role that combines core EA responsibilities with project coordination, follow-up activities, and ad hoc business initiatives.

Working across multiple time zones, you'll need to be proactive, highly organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a constantly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level executive support to a senior global executive
- Complex diary and calendar management across international time zones
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Managing meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Tracking and driving completion of key actions and commitments
- Supporting one-off projects, assignments, and business initiatives
- Acting as a key point of coordination across global teams
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Helping to maintain team connectivity and operational effectiveness

About You
We're looking for a confident and adaptable Executive Assistant who is comfortable working at pace and enjoys taking ownership.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience managing complex schedules and stakeholder relationships
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, changing environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- A self-starter who can anticipate needs and solve problems effectively
Desirable
- Previous experience within the insurance or financial services sector
