Our client, a well-regarded investment firm based in the West End, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their close-knit team in London. The role offers a blend of traditional Executive Assistant duties alongside investor relations, client-facing work, and exposure to strategic business decisions.

This role provides direct support to:

  • The Head of Business Development
  • The Chief Operating Officer (COO)

You’ll be given high trust and broad responsibility, balancing administrative tasks with strategic involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and meeting management (including with senior executives)
  • International travel for business across Europe and the US
  • CRM and investor pipeline maintenance
  • Supporting key events, such as an annual investor day
  • Expense management, presentation drives, and broader team coordination

Ideal Candidate

Ideal for someone with:

  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Self-motivation and proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks and work efficiently
  • Comfort managing both operative and strategic elements
