This role provides direct support to:
- The Head of Business Development
- The Chief Operating Officer (COO)
You’ll be given high trust and broad responsibility, balancing administrative tasks with strategic involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and meeting management (including with senior executives)
- International travel for business across Europe and the US
- CRM and investor pipeline maintenance
- Supporting key events, such as an annual investor day
- Expense management, presentation drives, and broader team coordination
Ideal Candidate
Ideal for someone with:
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Self-motivation and proactive approach
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and work efficiently
- Comfort managing both operative and strategic elements
