A leading international finance firm based in the West End, offering excellent benefits in a fast-paced, exciting environment.


About the Role

Contract position supporting Managing Directors, Principals, Senior Associates, and Associates with:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Travel and expense coordination
  • Supporting colleagues from Associate to MD level
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Highly professional and adaptable in a diverse, close-knit team environment
  • Warm, dynamic, and dedicated personality
  • Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant in finance, consulting, tech, or commercial sectors
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (essential)

Requirements

  • Availability for ongoing temporary work (at least until 2026)
  • Proven success in similar roles, preferably within dynamic corporate environments

Conditions

  • Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • 1 day per week working from home (WFH)
  • Salary: Up to £28/hour (dependent on experience)
  • Additional benefits: Holiday pay
