About the Role
Contract position supporting Managing Directors, Principals, Senior Associates, and Associates with:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel and expense coordination
- Supporting colleagues from Associate to MD level
- Ad hoc tasks as required

Key Responsibilities
- Highly professional and adaptable in a diverse, close-knit team environment
- Warm, dynamic, and dedicated personality
- Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant in finance, consulting, tech, or commercial sectors
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (essential)
Requirements
- Availability for ongoing temporary work (at least until 2026)
- Proven success in similar roles, preferably within dynamic corporate environments

Conditions
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- 1 day per week working from home (WFH)
- Salary: Up to £28/hour (dependent on experience)
- Additional benefits: Holiday pay
