Birchrose Associates is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded London law firm, renowned for its exceptional client service and collaborative culture, to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support Partners within the firm's Family department.
The Firm
Our client is a highly regarded London law firm, recognised for delivering exceptional legal advice and outstanding client service. Its Family Law team is renowned for advising on complex, high-profile, and international matters, earning an excellent reputation for both its expertise and client-focused approach.
Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to developing its people, the firm is now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Partners and Fee Earners within this successful and busy team.

The Opportunity
The successful Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive, secretarial, and administrative support to Partners, Fee Earners, and the wider department. Duties include:
- Providing proactive EA and legal secretarial support, including file opening, billing, file closing, and document formatting
- Managing complex diaries, arranging meetings, coordinating conference calls, and organising UK and international travel
- Preparing legal documents
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing the department's knowledge management and iManage systems
- Coordinating seminars, webinars, and departmental events
- Supporting the preparation of Court bundles, client bibles, and other legal documentation
- Assisting with billing, drafting invoices, and supporting the proactive management of WIP and aged debt
- Mentoring and supporting Secretaries and Senior Secretaries

This Executive Assistant opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Legal Secretary within a law firm
- Experience supporting Partners within a Family or Litigation team is essential
