£80,000 - £100,000 equivalent package + bonus (tax-free)

Our client is rapidly growing and they need someone who is highly motivated, has exceptional attention to detail and loves providing support to a leader.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing CEO’s calendar
  • Organising and preparing for meetings
  • Coordinating end to end travel
  • Managing inboxes, drafting, reviewing and sending emails on behalf of CEO
  • Organising corporate events, team offsites and client entertainment
  • Tracking expenditure
  • Supporting with recruitment process including new joiner onboarding and general HR administration
  • Project management

The skills and experience you need to bring:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within financial services/management consultancy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident approach, able to build strong relationships
  • Driven, energetic and resourceful approach
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting in a global business
  • Ability to work in-office, hours 10-7 with flexibility out of hours
