Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent time management, discretion, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and expense reports (if required)
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support project coordination and follow-ups on key initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-level executives
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.)
  • Knowledge of UK business practices and time zone coordination
  • Experience in a remote or international work environment
