Executive Assistant to CEO
Full time, permanent
On site based – Cheshire area
£55,000 base salary with 10% Bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of a successful, international business for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their CEO.
This is a high-profile role where you'll be at the centre of the business, managing a complex diary and inbox, coordinating UK and international travel, preparing board-level documentation, organising meetings and events, and acting as a trusted confidante while handling highly confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a complex and ever-changing diary and inbox
- Coordinating UK and international travel and detailed itineraries
- Preparing board packs and executive documentation
- Organising meetings, events, and off-site sessions
- Attending meetings and capturing actions where required
- Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting CEO or Board-level executives is essential
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
- Degree-level education and/or relevant professional qualifications, with the intellect to operate confidently at the most senior level.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience coordinating complex travel and logistics
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, professional, and discreet approach
- Flexibility to provide occasional support outside of core business hours
