Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator
West End, London | Circa £65,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working
Three days in the office, increasing to four during the probation period
We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment business to appoint an Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator to join its Client & Product Solutions team.
This is a unique opportunity that offers far more than traditional Executive Assistant support. Working alongside a high-performing fundraising team, you'll become a trusted business partner whilst playing a central role in investor relations activity, client engagement and the coordination of international investor roadshows.
Supporting senior fundraising professionals across international markets, you'll help deliver an exceptional experience for investors through seamless coordination, meticulous planning and first-class stakeholder management. This role offers genuine breadth, combining Executive Assistant responsibilities with Investor Relations, CRM management and client-facing coordination within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Providing Executive Assistant support to senior fundraising professionals operating across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Managing highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones.
- Planning and coordinating global investor roadshows from initial planning through to successful delivery.
- Coordinating extensive international travel, visas and detailed itineraries.
- Organising investor meetings, conferences, client events and meeting logistics.
- Preparing presentations, briefing packs and supporting documentation to a consistently high standard.
- Maintaining accurate investor records, meeting activity and relationship data using DealCloud, Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Acting as a key liaison between investors, internal stakeholders and the wider fundraising team.
- Processing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day administrative support.
- Supporting wider Investor Relations initiatives, projects, events and team activities.

About You
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Investor Relations Coordinator, Roadshow Coordinator or within a similar client-facing support role.
- Experience gained within private equity, private credit, investment management, asset management, investment banking or another fast-paced financial services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of DealCloud, Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Experience coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, conferences or other client-facing activity.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders, investors and external clients.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to anticipate needs and remain one step ahead.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering exceptional service.
