Job Title: Executive Assistant (To Sales Manager)
Location: Havant, Hampshire (office‑based)
Hours: 08:30am-16:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Salary/Package: £35,000 - £40,000 + company‑wide bonus + benefits

What's the role about?
This is a true EA role with commercial edge. You'll act as the "wingman" to the Sales Manager, taking full ownership of non‑selling activity so they can focus on revenue growth, while also leading a small internal sales admin function.
You'll be:
The organiser, follow‑up driver, and gatekeeper for sales activity The person who ensures meetings, actions, and pipelines actually move forward A calm, capable presence behind the scenes, holding people to account with pace and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary EA to the Sales Manager, owning all non‑selling activity Drive follow‑up across the sales team to ensure actions are completed on time Maintain 100% accuracy of the sales pipeline and CRM (HubSpot) Produce weekly forecasts, daily sales snapshots, and monthly reports Manage inboxes, diaries, meetings, agendas, and pre‑meeting preparation Attend meetings, capture actions, and see them through to completion Handle customer queries and communications on behalf of the Sales Manager Lead and support a small internal sales administration team Improve and maintain sales processes, documentation, and playbooks

Requirements
You're someone who:
Has a true EA mindset - proactive, organised, and commercially aware Thrives on follow‑up, pace, and accountability Is confident dealing with senior stakeholders and sales professionals Has strong Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM skills (HubSpot ideal, not essential) Brings energy, resilience, accuracy, and a "just get it done" attitude Is happy working behind the scenes to make others more effective Sales or commercial support experience is highly beneficial, but mindset, pace, and attitude matter most
