Job Description

This role requires you to be present in our Covent Garden Office 3 days a week, with the other 2 days spent working from home.

As the UK’s largest independent full fibre network and wholesale platform of choice, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Our network is greener, more reliable and designed for the future. The products we run over it lead the way on speed, value and service - helping businesses to innovate, communities to thrive, and people to live more connected digital lives.

At CityFibre, you’ll be part of something bigger, helping to build a better-connected Britain, together.

Joining us as an Executive Assistant

You will play a key role in supporting members of the Executive Leadership Team, providing seamless executive support that enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities and business outcomes.

This role goes beyond traditional administration, acting as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, creates structure and drives efficiency across a complex and fast-moving environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and discreet, with the confidence and professionalism to build strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Partner with or CPO and other Executive Team members to proactively manage priorities, complex diaries and competing demands, ensuring their time is focused on the most important business activities
  • Coordinate meetings, leadership events, travel and logistics, creating a seamless experience and ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, briefing papers and communications for executive and board-level audiences
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted and professional point of contact on behalf of senior leaders
  • Track actions, manage confidential information and identify opportunities to improve processes, helping executives and teams operate more effectively

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
