Executive Assistant

Hello! We're Teya. Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance. At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street. We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters. We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us. Become a part of our story. We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits. The Role We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders at Teya: Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and Country Leader for the UK. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and knows how to keep senior stakeholders focused on the highest-value priorities. You will be a trusted partner across calendar management, travel, meeting preparation, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational support, while helping to create efficiency, momentum and clarity across multiple leadership agendas. This role is especially well suited to someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to operate with complete discretion. Your Mission Manage complex diaries across three senior executives, aligning meetings, priorities and time effectively across internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics with precision and foresight. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing packs, presentations, summaries and follow-up materials to ensure leaders are well prepared and actions are clearly tracked. Act as a key point of contact between the executives and a broad range of stakeholders across the business, helping communication flow smoothly and professionally. Support leadership cadence by organising recurring meetings, off-sites and business reviews, and ensuring decisions, actions and deadlines are captured and progressed. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, anticipating needs before they arise and solving issues quickly and pragmatically. Help streamline and improve ways of working, introducing structure and process where needed to improve efficiency across the leadership team. Partner closely with teams across strategy, commercial and UK market operations to keep priorities moving and remove friction wherever possible. Your Story We would love to hear from you if you bring: Proven experience supporting C-level or senior executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Experience managing multiple senior leaders at once, with the judgement to balance competing priorities and shifting demands. Strong experience across complex diary management, travel coordination, meeting planning and executive-level administration. A track record of producing high-quality presentations, documents and briefing materials for senior audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure. A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions. Skills Exceptional organisation and prioritisation Strong judgement and professionalism High levels of discretion and confidentiality Excellent stakeholder management Clear, polished communication A proactive and resourceful approach Strong attention to detail Resilience and composure in a high-tempo environment Flexibility and comfort working in ambiguity Dependability, ownership and a genuine bias for action The Perks We trust you, so we offer flexible working hours, as long it suits both you and your team; Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass giving free access to over 1,500 gyms in the UK, 1-1 therapy, meditation sessions, digital fitness and nutrition apps; Our company offers extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices, giving employees more flexibility and support; Cycle-to-Work Scheme; Health and Life Insurance; Pension Scheme; 25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays); Office snacks every day; Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment in Central London. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
