Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder

Location: StudioB, Mill Hill, North West London

Contract: Full-Time | Studio-Based (5 Days Per Week)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

At StudioB, we believe our best work happens when we're together. Collaboration, creativity and momentum are at the heart of how we work, so this role is based full-time from our studio. While occasional flexibility may be appropriate, regular home working should not be expected.

The Opportunity

StudioB is where exceptional people tell and create exceptional stories. We partner with global brands, create award-winning work and are building the next generation of original IP and entertainment.

As Executive Assistant to our Founder & CEO, Brandon Baum, you'll become one of Brandon's closest and most trusted partners, creating the space, structure and momentum that enables him to perform at his very best.

Working alongside our Founder's Associate, you'll ensure Brandon’s time is protected, his priorities run seamlessly, and nothing falls through the cracks. Together you'll form a trusted support partnership, with the Founder's Associate leading strategic priorities and business execution, while you ensure Brandon's day-to-day world runs effortlessly.

This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant role where you're waiting for instructions. You'll anticipate needs before they're asked, solve problems before they arise, and create the space Brandon needs to focus on leading StudioB.

Your Mission

Create a calm, high-performance operating system around Brandon that protects his attention, ensures every important commitment is prepared and executed, and reallocates at least 5 hours each week towards StudioB’s highest-value creative, commercial and leadership priorities.

You'll create calm within a fast-moving environment, expertly managing the moving parts behind the scenes so that Brandon can concentrate on the work that has the greatest impact on our business.

Where You'll Make An Impact

Executive Support

Your role is to ensure the CEO’s time is spent where he creates the greatest value for StudioB, owning Brandon's diary with absolute precision, ensuring his time is optimised for maximum impact.

  • Manage an exceptionally busy calendar across business and personal commitments.
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise.
  • Protect time for strategic thinking, creative work and key leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls and appointments across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure Brandon is fully prepared for every meeting with the right information at the right time.

Executive Communication

You'll become a trusted extension of Brandon's communication style, ensuring responses are thoughtful, timely and aligned with his priorities.

  • Triage emails and messages.
  • Draft professional correspondence.
  • Prioritise incoming requests.
  • Redirect work where appropriate.
  • Ensure communication flows efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships internally and externally.

Travel & Logistics

You'll make complex logistics feel effortless.

Including:

  • Domestic and international travel.
  • Multi-stop itineraries.
  • Flights, accommodation and transport.
  • Restaurant reservations.
  • Visa coordination where required.
  • Last-minute changes and problem-solving.
  • Detailed travel itineraries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Need

You enjoy working at speed and understand that priorities can change several times in a day. Rather than finding that stressful, you're energised by it.

  • Significant experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive as an Executive Assistant.
  • Outstanding diary, inbox and stakeholder management experience.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven ability to manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and modern productivity tools.
  • Confidence using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and streamline administration.

Experience supporting senior leaders within a creative agency, production company, media business, entertainment company or fast-paced founder-led business is strongly preferred. Candidates who understand the rhythm of creative production, client delivery and founder-led decision-making will thrive in this environment.
