Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Glasgow, UK (90% onsite in Glasgow & 10% in Birmingham)
Duration: 5 Months contract
Job Description:
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support the HVDC Engineering team in the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize team meetings, events, and maintain accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Support planning and coordination of internal and external training sessions
- Prepare and maintain team dashboards and reports
- Manage procurement of IT equipment, mobile devices, PPE, and other office needs
- Support onboarding activities for new starters

Your Background
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., MS Office, collaboration platforms)
