Executive Assistant

Salary starting from £53,293, 10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates

Permanent, Full time

185 Farringdon Road, London, EC1A 1AA

This role operates on a hybrid basis, with four days per week based at our London office (185 Farringdon Road)

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong track record of supporting senior leaders in a finance or corporate environment, where no two days are ever the same.

You will be joining a high-performing Executive Assistant team at the heart of a multi billion pound organisation to support senior leaders in making smart decisions, proactively solve problems and deliver real impact across the business.

This is a brilliant opportunity to provide first-class support to two Senior Executives whilst being part of a collaborative high-performing EA team.

About The Role

You will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Royal Mail and IDS CFO and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders by ensuring seamless communication and workflow across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings, reports, projects, and decision-making processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Overseeing day-to-day activities including inbox management, expenses, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements, minimising conflicts and maximising productivity.
  • Supporting requests from the CEO Office and Executive Board, preparing pre-reads, briefings, and meeting documentation.
  • Planning and coordinating regular and ad-hoc meetings, capturing actions, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Tracking and progressing actions, keeping the Executive informed of risks, priorities, and emerging issues.
  • Organising conferences, off-site events, operational visits, and corporate dinners within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Building strong senior-level relationships across CEO functions and representing the Executive’s office with professionalism.
  • Leading recruitment administration for senior joiners, including induction plans, key introductions, and IT setup.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
