Executive Assistant – Leading Global Hedge Fund
Location: West End, London (five days office-based) Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + exceptional bonus & benefits
About the Role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a leading global hedge fund, supporting two Partners within a high-performing investment team.
Working alongside an established team of Executive Assistants, you’ll provide seamless support in a fast-paced environment, where professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organisation are paramount.

Responsibilities
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Extensive international travel and itinerary coordination
- High-volume meeting, conference, and corporate access coordination
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with Executive Assistants across global offices
- Supporting wider team projects and onboarding
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant within:
- Hedge funds
- Investment management
- Private equity
- A fast-paced financial services environment
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
- Experience with complex international travel coordination
- A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail
- An interest in AI and technology to enhance productivity
