About The Job
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high‑level support to our C‑suite and ensure the smooth running of our Head Office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and can confidently represent senior leaders internally and externally.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide confidential, proactive support to the C‑suite
- Manage complex diaries, travel, meetings and Board administration
- Coordinate reports, papers and documents to a high professional standard
- Oversee office operations, reception, facilities and suppliers
- Support HR administration including onboarding, absence and employee files
- Lead internal events and assist with key business projects
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders

About You
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting senior leadership
- Outstanding organisation, communication and multitasking skills
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint)
- Discretion, professionalism and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience managing administration staff (desirable)
- Knowledge of HR administrative processes (desirable)
