Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Onsite Location: W1T 4QJ

Work alongside two founders building one of Europe's most ambitious AI infrastructure businesses.

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a fast-growing, venture-backed technology business. This is not a traditional EA role.

You'll work directly with both Co-Founders, acting as a trusted partner who enables them to operate at maximum effectiveness while helping build the operational foundations of a business scaling at pace.

We're looking for a top-tier Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and enjoys working at the centre of a growing organisation. You'll anticipate needs before they arise, solve problems independently and bring structure to an environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Alongside providing world-class executive support, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring employees, candidates, investors and visitors experience a professional, organised and welcoming workplace.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
