Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Mayfair, London
£55,000 per annum
Permanent | Full-time
We are partnering with a highly regarded asset management firm based in the heart of Mayfair to recruit an accomplished Executive Assistant / Office Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit and successful business of approximately 20 people. You will provide high-quality support to three Partners while taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The company has an established support function, and you will work closely and collaboratively with other members of the support team. This would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business, building trusted relationships and ensuring that both the Partners and wider office are supported effectively.
The role
Executive Assistant support
You will provide comprehensive support to three busy Partners, including:
- Proactive and complex diary management
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Managing meeting logistics, agendas, and supporting materials
- Arranging UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Managing correspondence and responding on behalf of the Partners where appropriate
- Supporting with presentations, documents, and reports
- Coordinating lunches, events, and other business engagements
- Anticipating priorities and ensuring the Partners are fully prepared
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts

Office management
Alongside your EA responsibilities, you will oversee the effective running of the Mayfair office, including:
- Acting as a key point of contact for office-related matters
- Managing suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and general maintenance
- Supporting new joiner onboarding and workstation preparation
- Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring the office is presented to a consistently high standard
- Assisting with company events, team activities, and hospitality
- Working closely with the wider support team to ensure seamless coverage
- Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and ways of working
- Providing ad hoc administrative and operational support across the business
About you
You will be a polished, capable, and highly organised Executive Assistant with previous experience supporting senior individuals within a professional environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience supporting multiple senior executives or Partners
- Experience within financial services, asset management, investment management, private equity, or another professional services environment
- Strong diary, meeting, and travel management skills
- Previous office management or operational responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative style and willingness to work closely with other support professionals
- High levels of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
