Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator Hybrid | UK-Based

Our client is a specialist leadership development and consulting business working with organisations across the UK and internationally. They are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Managing Director, supporting both business operations and a small property portfolio.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, administration and ensuring that every detail is delivered to a high standard. You will become a trusted right hand to the Managing Director, helping to coordinate client projects, manage operational activities and support day-to-day business requirements.

The Role Responsibilities include: Managing complex diaries, schedules and meeting coordination Coordinating training, coaching and consulting programmes Liaising with clients, consultants and external suppliers Preparing professional presentations and corporate documentation Creating and formatting high-quality PowerPoint slide decks Supporting virtual and in-person workshops and events Managing contracts, invoices and project administration Maintaining accurate records and cloud-based filing systems Supporting the administration of a residential property portfolio Liaising with tenants, contractors, estate agents and service providers Handling a wide range of operational and executive support activities

About You The successful candidate is likely to have experience in administration, executive support, operations coordination or project support.

You will: Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work Be confident creating and formatting professional PowerPoint presentations Communicate professionally with clients and senior stakeholders Be dependable, responsive and highly organised Enjoy taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion Be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Be proactive and willing to go the extra mile when required Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
