Role Description

This is a full-time remote Executive Assistant role supporting C-level executives across a range of business and personal responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, handling email and communication flows, and preparing documents, presentations, and reports. The Executive Assistant will process and track expense reports, maintain accurate records, and support executives with research, follow-ups, and task prioritization. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, documenting processes, and proactively identifying ways to improve workflows and productivity. The Executive Assistant is expected to use digital tools and AI-powered solutions where appropriate, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and service quality.

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
  • Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as document preparation, data entry, and general office organization in a remote setting.
  • Candidates should possess experience managing Expense Reports, including tracking, reconciliation, and accuracy in handling financial documentation.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally across cultures and time zones.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion), comfort working with AI and automation tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership, working remotely, and managing multiple priorities is advantageous; a relevant diploma or degree in business, administration, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
