Executive Assistant
Team Assistant – Private Equity
Location: West End Type: Permanent Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for out-of-hours support) Work arrangement: 1 day remote / Hybrid Salary: Up to £35K, depending on experience Ref: 3-TA/RvF

About the Role
This is a newly created Team Assistant position in response to growth within the firm. Reporting to a Senior Executive Assistant (EA), the successful candidate will provide critical support across operations, portfolio governance, firmwide events, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities

Operational support:
- Prepare presentations, conduct research, and assist with ad-hoc business projects
- Manage portfolio reviews, governance processes, and internal meetings

Event coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate national and international events
- Handle logistics for gatherings and corporate engagements

Administrative & travel support:
- Assist with international travel planning and supervision of diary functions
- Process expenses and manage general admin tasks

Backup & liaising:
- Serve as a reliable backup for critical activities across the firm
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external contacts
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Prior experience (preferably in financial services, private equity, or corporate administration) ✔ Highly organised, with strong attention to detail when managing multiple workloads ✔ Proactive, self-starter, able to take ownership with minimal direction ✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced, less structured environment (no rigid process followers) ✔ Excellent written & verbal communication, professional when dealing with senior decision-makers ✔ Positive, adaptable attitude with a sense of humour ✔ Collaborative & service-oriented, with an ability to build strong relationships ✔ Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel ✔ Discreet and professional, capable of handling sensitive information
