You will act as the right hand to a high-profile founder, managing a blend of venture capital admin, brand partnerships, and content coordination from a North London home office. This hands-on role requires balancing professional priorities with personal logistics and lifestyle support to keep a fast-moving career running smoothly.

What You Will Do
- Manage complex scheduling and proactive follow-ups across venture investing, brand partnerships, and social media content calendars.
- Coordinate production logistics, deck preparation, and brand partnership approvals while maintaining tight timelines for diverse creative projects.
- Handle essential personal administration and practical logistics, including errands and dog-related tasks, to ensure the founder’s daily operations remain seamless.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as an EA or PA working directly for a high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur, or public figure rather than a corporate pool.
- Digitally fluent in G Suite and modern tools, with a preference for those comfortable using Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Highly discreet and resourceful professional who is comfortable working in a home office environment and managing both professional and personal tasks.
