Part-Time Executive Assistant (3 days per week anticipated)
Location: Hybrid working with 1-2 days expected in Essex or London, flexible depending on candidate and the requirements of the business
Contract: Initial 6 month fixed-term contract with a strong intention to move to a permanent role for the right candidate
Working Pattern: Flexible working arrangements available
Travel: Occasional UK travel required

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to our CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to combine executive support, project management and client engagement within a fast-paced and ambitious agency environment.
Working at the heart of the business, you will support our CEO and Senior Leadership Team while helping coordinate the successful delivery of client projects across the UK. You will ensure priorities are managed effectively, projects run smoothly and stakeholders receive an outstanding level of service.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring outstanding organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will play a key role in helping the business operate efficiently while supporting the successful delivery of meaningful projects for our public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide proactive and high-quality support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and scheduling.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, briefing papers and correspondence.
- Attend meetings, record actions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support leadership planning, strategic initiatives and business operations.
- Coordinate internal communications, events and leadership activities.
- Anticipate requirements, identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.

Project Management & Coordination
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of client projects.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and delivery schedules.
- Track project milestones, actions, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate resources across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, organised and up to date.
- Produce project reports, status updates and meeting documentation.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a professional point of contact for clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships through responsive and proactive communication.
- Support client meetings, workshops and project delivery activities.
- Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
- Represent the business professionally and confidently in client-facing situations.
- Support the successful delivery of projects and client commitments.
About You
You are highly organised, proactive and thrive in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly. You take pride in producing work of the highest standard and have a natural ability to bring structure, organisation and clarity to complex situations. You enjoy working closely with senior leaders, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Manager or similar role.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong project coordination and administrative capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information
- This is a hybrid role combining office-based and remote working.
- The role will involve regular travel across London and Essex, with occasional travel elsewhere in the UK.
- Flexible working arrangements are available.
