C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant in private equity, a standout Executive Assistant opportunity based in Central London, supporting senior Partner level executives within a high-quality international firm, offering excellent benefits.

About the Role and Company

Position: Executive Assistant supporting 4 Partner level executives within a leading international private equity firm

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience

Hybrid set up: 4/5 days in office per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management for 4 Partner level executives, prioritising and managing complex schedules
  • Full travel coordination including international itineraries, visas, accommodation and logistics
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted Executive Assistant to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and supporting with documentation
  • Managing expenses and maintaining accurate records
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally as a professional and polished Executive Assistant
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and contributing to the Executive Assistant community

What the Company is Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within private equity, financial services or professional services
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives at Partner level as an Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
  • A proactive and solutions driven approach with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A polished and professional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast paced environment
