Executive Assistant - Perm & FTC's
Permanent and FTC Opportunities for Dynamic Executive Assistants in London
Are you a proactive, collaborative and highly organised Executive Assistant looking to support senior stakeholders in a global law firm? Do you have extensive Executive Assistant experience working within either Legal Service, Professional Services, Financial Services or Banking?

We're seeking talented individuals for both permanent and fixed term contracts to join our talented and collaborative team in London and provide exceptional administrative support.
The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier Partnership and Stakeholder support across a wide range of responsibilities. This role requires a blend of dynamism, professionalism, and confidence, ensuring you become an integral member of the team while building trust and strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Support
- Efficiently manage inboxes, travel arrangements, diaries, and prioritisation—acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact.
- Administrative Excellence
- Draft high-quality correspondence, manage meetings, and oversee document and matter management.
- Financial Oversight (Practice Group)
- Handle billing cycles, manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) updates, and collaborate with the Billing team for effective financial tracking.
- Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging AI capabilities relevant to the assistant role and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Extensive Executive Assistant experience in Legal, Professional Services, or Financial Services.
Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong organisational abilities and time management
- Excellent document security and confidentiality understanding
- High-level numeracy and attention to detail
Attributes
- Confident, adaptable, and proactive
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to:
- Anticipate issues
- Provide innovative solutions

Education & Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade A-C (4–9) equivalent.
