Description

Prime Video and Studios is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for one Director and one Senior Team Leader and their large teams distributed across the UK and Europe.

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of a fast-paced, creative team, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and driving operational efficiency across the team. You will act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic entertainment environment, demonstrates exceptional judgement and discretion, and can balance competing priorities with composure and professionalism. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across Prime Video, Amazon Studios, and broader Amazon teams, serving as a key point of contact and ensuring smooth communication flows.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage complex, cross time zones and ever-changing calendars, prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts with sound judgement
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and expense reconciliation
  • Organise and support team meetings, off-sites, and events, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Support onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with EAs and stakeholders across the wider Prime Video and Amazon organisation
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in senior level leadership support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
