C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a prestigious global private equity firm based in Mayfair. This Executive Assistant opportunity offers the chance to support senior investment professionals within a highly respected, fast-paced private equity environment. This is a 12-month FTC with potential for extension, working alongside an established team of Executive Assistants in a collaborative and high-performing office.

Position: Executive Assistant, supporting a Partner and team
- Salary: £80,000 + completion bonus
- Hybrid setup: 5 days per week in the Mayfair office, 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities for This Executive Assistant Position:
- Extensive diary management for senior investment professionals, coordinating complex and ever-changing schedules
- Organising international and domestic travel, accommodation, meetings, board schedules, and logistical arrangements
- Managing expenses, maintaining contact databases, coordinating calls, and providing seamless day-to-day Executive Assistant support
- Supporting board and portfolio company administration, including preparation and distribution of documentation
- Producing, collating, printing, binding, scanning, and filing confidential information and correspondence
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted Executive Assistant partner to senior stakeholders
- Providing collaborative support and cover for fellow Executive Assistants, Reception, and Office Management when required
What Background and Experience Are the Company Looking For?
A successful Executive Assistant will have previous experience supporting senior executives within private equity.
You Will Demonstrate:
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Outstanding diary and travel management skills
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and excellent judgement
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A resilient, adaptable, and professional approach
- Available to start in September and commit for the contract duration
