Overview

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join this globally renowned private equity firm, based in beautiful Mayfair offices. You'll work in close partnership with a senior member of the assistant team, so strong day-to-day collaboration and confident, clear communication will be essential.

You'll provide high-level support to a group of investment professionals, from Analyst through to Managing Director level, including:

  • Handling photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding tasks
  • Managing local and international courier services and postage
  • Reserving meeting rooms using the Condeco tool
  • Managing team members' schedules for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinating meetings and calls with current and prospective clients
  • Inputting data into CRM systems
  • Compiling expense reports
  • Organising business card information
  • Making restaurant reservations for business lunches and dinners
  • Providing daily support to both teams, including liaising with IT/office management and arranging taxi reservations
  • Assisting in onboarding new team members
  • Collaborating with other team assistants to ensure adequate coverage
  • Assisting in organising internal and client events
  • Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as assigned

About You

  • 3 – 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally gained within Private Equity, banking, or a comparable environment
  • Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organised, with strong time-management skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • A calm, resourceful problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can juggle competing priorities
