Executive Assistant

West End, London | £53,000–£56,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits | Initial 1–2 Month Contract

Hybrid Working | 4 Days in the Office (5 Days During the First Two Weeks)

We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment management firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to join its established and collaborative support team.

This opportunity has arisen due to continued business growth and an increase in workload across the Executive Assistant team. Initially offered as a 1–2 month contract, there is the potential for the role to convert into a 12-month fixed-term contract for a strong performer.

Working within a fast-paced investment environment, you will support a range of stakeholders, from Managing Directors through to more junior investment professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives on managing changing priorities and takes pride in providing seamless support.

The Role

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to senior investment professionals across the business
  • Managing highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls and video meetings
  • Processing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day administrative support
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting team events, off-sites and wider operational initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to deliver exceptional support across the business

About You

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within investment management, private equity, banking, financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment
  • Extensive experience managing complex diaries, international travel and changing priorities
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
