Executive Assistant
West End, London | £50,000–£65,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Working Hours: 7:30am–5:00pm | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)
We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support a collaborative, high-performing investment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys becoming a trusted partner to senior investment professionals, managing complex schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of a busy front-office team. Alongside traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities, you'll also support the coordination of investor meetings and Corporate Access actividad, making this a varied and highly visible role.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing competing priorities whilst building strong relationships across the business.
The Role
- Providing Executive Assistant support to
- Portfolio Managers
- Research Analysts
- The wider investment team
- Managing highly complex diaries across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video meetings
- Supporting the coordination of:
- Investor meetings
- Roadshows
- Conferences
- Wider Corporate Access activity
- Liaising with:
- Brokers
- Listed companies
- Internal stakeholders (to facilitate meeting coordination)
- Processing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day administrative support
- Assisting with:
- Team projects
- Events
- Operational initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency

About You
-
Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within:
- Investment management
- Asset management
- Private equity
- Hedge funds
- Investment banking
- Another fast-paced financial services environment

Extensive experience managing:
- Complex diaries
- International travel
- Changing priorities

Previous exposure to:
- Corporate Access
- Investor relations
- Investor meetings or conference coordination (Advantageous but not essential)

Experience supporting:
- Portfolio Managers
- Research teams
- Other investment professionals (Beneficial)

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

A proactive approach, able to:
- Anticipate needs
- Manage competing priorities

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working:
- Independently
- Whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
- Outlook
- Excel
