Relocation to the Middle East Required.

Executive Assistant

Our global client is looking for experienced Executive Assistants to relocate to the Middle East and join their high-performing international team.

This is a single-status relocation package.

The Role

You'll provide first-class Executive Assistant support in a fast-paced, international environment, with responsibilities including:

  • Managing complex and ever-changing executive diaries, prioritising appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation and detailed itineraries
  • Organising meetings, board meetings and events, including preparing agendas, briefing packs, presentations and taking accurate minutes where required
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact
  • Preparing documents, reports, presentations and other business correspondence
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinating expenses, purchase orders and invoice approvals where required
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of team events, off-site meetings and executive visits
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency
  • Providing ad hoc administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the executive office

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or in a senior secretarial role
  • Ideally a degree or secretarial qualification

  • £55,000 (tax free)
