Role Description
The Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Reading. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and presentations. The role involves coordinating internal and external meetings, maintaining records and files, handling confidential information with discretion, and supporting the preparation of reports and documentation. The Executive Assistant will liaise with different departments and external stakeholders, ensure smooth daily operations, and proactively prioritize tasks to support efficient decision-making. This position may also support event coordination and other ad hoc projects as required.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced administrative and office skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, exercise sound judgment, and work with senior stakeholders professionally.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role, ideally within an international or healthcare-related organization.
- Ability to work on-site in Reading and collaborate effectively as part of a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Relevant education such as a vocational qualification, business administration training, or a comparable level of professional experience.
