Executive Assistant Financial Services Temporary Mayfair, Office-based £28-£33 per hour, plus holiday pay 7-EATempB/NCW


The Client:

A leading global financial services firm is seeking to build its pool of temp Executive Assistants to cover bookings of varying lengths.


The Role:

Executive Assistant duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Reconciling expenses
  • Supporting a range of individuals from analysts to MD level
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Successful EAs will:

  • Be available for ongoing / ad hoc temp work and not seeking a permanent opportunity
  • Be highly professional and adaptable in nature
  • Have demonstrated experience as an EA in a similar corporate environment, including finance, consulting tech, or commercial sectors
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Concur or Salesforce is desirable but not essential
