Executive Assistant Financial Services Temporary Mayfair, Office-based £28-£33 per hour, plus holiday pay 7-EATempB/NCW
The Client:
A leading global financial services firm is seeking to build its pool of temp Executive Assistants to cover bookings of varying lengths.
The Role:
Executive Assistant duties will include but not be limited to:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Reconciling expenses
- Supporting a range of individuals from analysts to MD level
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

Successful EAs will:
- Be available for ongoing / ad hoc temp work and not seeking a permanent opportunity
- Be highly professional and adaptable in nature
- Have demonstrated experience as an EA in a similar corporate environment, including finance, consulting tech, or commercial sectors
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Concur or Salesforce is desirable but not essential
