The International Stores PXT organization is looking for an Executive Assistant
Who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors in London.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing complex calendars, partnering with leadership to establish and maintain operating mechanisms, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
- Proactively oversee and manage calendars for PXT executives
- Partner closely with business EA teams to collaborate on projects, events, and share information
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and judgment while working with sensitive information
- Organize and support team offsites and on-sites multiple times a year
- Coordinate international and domestic travel
- Manage expense report coordination and submission

A day in the life
- Actively resolve calendar conflicts and work backwards to ensure executives are able to prepare for upcoming deadlines
- Communicate frequently with executives, peer EAs, and PXT team members to relay critical information and set expectations
- Work on project-oriented tasks, such as event planning, travel planning, and business operations
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience in senior level leadership support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
