Be the person who keeps everything moving! Exceptional EA's don't just manage diaries, they create capacity, anticipate challenges before they arise, and become the trusted right hand to senior leaders. We're partnering with a prestigious, high-profile organisation to appoint an outstanding Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, decisions move quickly, and every day brings something different. This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action. You'll work alongside influential senior leaders, building trusted relationships, navigating competing demands, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. If you're someone who loves bringing order to complexity, thinks three steps ahead, and takes genuine pride in making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional EA position. You'll become a trusted business partner to senior leadership, managing competing priorities, coordinating complex activity, and ensuring executives can focus on leading the business with confidence. You'll be empowered to make decisions, solve problems, improve processes, and build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as the calm, organised centre of a busy and ever-changing environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
