KCR Group

About the Role

KCR Group is a high-growth, premium womenswear holding company headquartered in Manchester, operating two internationally recognised brands:

  • Club L London (premium occasionwear)
  • Lavish Alice (elevated contemporary womenswear)

With 13 international Shopify storefronts, wholesale partnerships with Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale's and Ounass across the GCC, and the US as its largest market, KCR Group is scaling rapidly across the EU, GCC, US, and Australia.

Having opened a Dubai office in January 2026 and preparing to launch a third brand and London Hub in 2026, KCR is building the operational infrastructure of a genuinely global fashion group. This is a business that moves fast, thinks big, and holds itself to the standards of the world’s leading fashion operators.

The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, highly organised, and commercially aware Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-impact support to KCR Group’s C-Suite and D-Suite leadership. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Brand Directors, and other senior leaders, ensuring they operate at maximum effectiveness across a complex, multi-brand, multi-territory business.

This is not a traditional PA role—we are looking for an EA who acts as a true strategic partner: someone who thinks ahead, manages risk before it surfaces, communicates with authority on behalf of leadership, and holds executive function together in a business operating across multiple time zones. You will be the connective tissue between leadership and the wider business.

Comparable benchmarks for this caliber of EA role require professionals who blend first-class administrative execution with genuine business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Diary Management

  • Provide comprehensive EA support to multiple C-Suite and D-Suite principals simultaneously, prioritising competing demands with confidence and discretion
  • Own complex multi-timezone diary management across Manchester, Dubai, London, and international markets—anticipating conflicts, protecting strategic time, and ensuring principals are always prepared
  • Manage all travel logistics, including:
    • International flights
    • Visas
    • Accommodation
    • Ground transport
    • Detailed itineraries for regular travel across the UK, UAE, and global markets
  • Prepare, gate-keep, and manage all correspondence, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a high-volume communications environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
