Job Description

A highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant is required to provide dedicated support to a Chief Commercial Officer within a fast paced, commercially focused organisation.

This is a pivotal position requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings and commitments
  • Coordinate international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Organise leadership meetings, commercial reviews, and customer engagements
  • Track actions and ensure follow-up on key business priorities
  • Support wider commercial and leadership team activities as required
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting a C suite executive, ideally within a commercial, sales, or business-focused environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional, confident, and resilient approach
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation
