Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder (Maternity Cover)

Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO

MrQ

About MrQ

MrQ is the online casino that does things differently. No fluff, no false promises, just a genuinely entertaining experience built by people who care about getting it right. We are fast-growing, opinionated, and not particularly interested in doing things the industry-standard way. That is the point.

This is a proper Executive Assistant (EA) role. Not diary management dressed up as something more.

You will be the right hand to the CEO, supporting both their business and personal life, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and without friction. Your job is to create space for the CEO to focus on the highest-impact work, while you quietly manage everything else. Protecting Savvas' time is the highest priority.

What You Will Do

Business & Executive Support

  • Own and protect the CEO’s time, aligning it with priorities
  • Manage complex scheduling, trade-offs, and last-minute changes without disruption
  • Handling CEO travel logistics (visas, itineraries, expenses)
  • Manage weekly Leadership meetings and quarterly off-sites
  • Prepare high-quality materials for leaderchannel (LT/Company) meetings, executive sessions, and external engagements
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, investors, and partners
  • Track decisions and action items, ensuring follow-through and accountability
  • Lead the construction and delivery of the monthly All Hands slides

Personal & Property Management

  • Support CEO investments
  • Take full ownership of Airbnb guest hosting (experience, bookings, maintenance)
  • Oversee personal admin, appointments, and household logistics
  • Handle sensitive personal and financial matters with complete discretion and professionalism
  • Plan and incorporate personal/family commitments into the CEO’s schedule
  • Proactively solve issues without creating additional noise
  • Flex to ad hoc projects and shifting business/personal priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
