Executive Assistant to C-Suite

Location: Clerkenwell
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid: 4 days in office/ 1 day work from home

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to C-Suite executives within a fast-paced, highly professional corporate environment. This is a pivotal role where you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth running of executive operations while supporting strategic priorities, high-profile initiatives, and business-critical decision-making. You will thrive in a demanding environment, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, managing complex diaries, competing priorities, and confidential communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, reports, briefing papers, presentations, and other executive documentation.
  • Manage inboxes, travel arrangements, expenses, and meeting logistics, ensuring executives are fully prepared and operating efficiently.
  • Support requests from the CEO Office and Executive Board, producing high-quality pre-reads, board papers, and briefing materials.
  • Organise and coordinate Executive Board meetings, leadership forums, operational visits, conferences, off-site events, and corporate functions.
  • Record actions, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables and strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and act as a professional ambassador for the Executive Office.
  • Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, enhance efficiency, and support business priorities.

About You

You'll be an accomplished Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting C-Suite executives or Executive Board members within a large, complex corporate environment.

  • Significant experience providing executive support at C-Suite or Board level.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience preparing executive reports, board papers, presentations, and meeting documentation to a consistently high standard.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • High levels of discretion and integrity when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • A calm, resilient, and adaptable approach, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
