Role Overview
This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional candidate to support the CEO of TVF Media and IAI (Institute of Art and Ideas). You will join the nerve-centre of one of London’s most diverse and vibrant arts and media companies, operating in many media areas including events and digital media, communications, television programming and distribution, post production, and the arts.
Responsibilities
- Control of the diary and scheduling
- Talent and PR activity related to the founder
- Developing your own projects responding to the many new activities the company is developing
- Significant involvement in the production of our philosophy and music festival
- Playing a part in the growth of one of our smaller arts divisions Open Gallery

Requirements
- Excellent educational background with a degree from a leading university
- Highly focused and organised
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- Force of personality to make things happen
- Management experience and/or executive assistant experience is desirable
