Corporate Executive Assistant to the CEO
London | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Competitive salary + Exceptional Benefits + Discretionary Bonus
Looking for a Corporate Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Founder of a highly successful international business operating within the energy and infrastructure sector.
This is a highly senior Executive Assistant position supporting an entrepreneurial CEO whose diary is fast-moving, commercially driven and constantly evolving. The role is entirely business focused and will suit someone who enjoys operating at pace, working independently and becoming a trusted member of a small executive team.
The CEO already has personal support in place, allowing this role to focus solely on business operations, strategic priorities and executive coordination.
The Role
Working closely with the CEO, you'll be responsible for ensuring his time is managed effectively, priorities remain on track and projects continue to move forward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a complex and constantly changing business diary.
- Coordinating UK and international travel.
- Preparing meeting agendas, briefing documents and presentations.
- Tracking multiple projects and ensuring actions are followed through.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders, advisers and external partners.
- Managing business correspondence and prioritising communications.
- Supporting board and executive meetings where required.
- Monitoring deadlines, commitments and key deliverables.
- Working closely with the CEO's Personal Assistant to ensure seamless coordination across business and personal commitments.
- Handling confidential information with absolute discretion.

About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, commercially aware and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Significant experience supporting a CEO, Founder or Executive Chairman.
- Ideally educated to degree level (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Strong diary and international travel management experience.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate what needs doing.
- Good judgement and the confidence to make decisions independently.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity.
