About the Opportunity
A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Founder of a highly successful international business operating within the global energy and infrastructure sector.
We're seeking an experienced, commercially astute Executive Assistant who has previously operated at C-Suite level, supporting a CEO, Founder, or Executive Chairman within a fast-paced, high-performing business.
You'll become the CEO's trusted business partner, managing competing priorities, navigating an ever-changing schedule, and ensuring the smooth running of a complex international executive office. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys thinking several steps ahead, and naturally takes ownership.
The CEO already has dedicated personal support, allowing this position to focus exclusively on business operations, strategic initiatives, and executive coordination.
The Opportunity
Working as a true extension of the CEO, you'll play a critical role in ensuring his time is optimized, priorities remain aligned, and key business initiatives continue to move forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing an exceptionally busy and constantly evolving executive diary.
- Coordinating complex UK and international travel itineraries.
- Preparing executive briefing papers, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Tracking strategic projects and ensuring actions are delivered to deadline.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for board members, investors, advisers, and senior external stakeholders.
- Managing high-level business correspondence and prioritizing competing demands.
- Supporting executive and board meetings.
- Monitoring key deliverables across multiple business activities.
- Working collaboratively with the CEO's Personal Assistant to ensure seamless coordination across all commitments.
- Handling highly confidential information with complete professionalism and discretion.

About You
This opportunity is designed for an Executive Assistant who is already operating at the highest level.
You'll have significant experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or Executive Chairman and be comfortable navigating a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can change rapidly.
You'll also bring:
- Previous experience supporting at C-Suite level within a corporate environment.
- Ideally educated to Bachelor's degree level (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience managing complex diaries and international travel.
- Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to build credibility with board members, investors, and senior executives.
- The ability to anticipate needs before they arise and solve problems independently.
- Sound judgement, resilience, and absolute discretion.
