LR Talent are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established London based asset management firm to recruit an EA to support their CEO in a high-trust, high-autonomy role.
This is a business-focused EA position that also includes an element of personal and family support - so you'll need to be just as comfortable managing a private diary as you are a corporate one.
What you'll be doing:
- Full diary and inbox management for the CEO, prioritising with judgement and discretion
- Complex travel and meeting coordination across time zones
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, managing competing priorities calmly and efficiently
- Supporting with personal/family duties as needed
- Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, both internal and external

What they're looking for:
- Proven experience as an EA to CEO within asset management or private credit
- A stable, progressive career history - genuine longevity in previous roles
- Highly professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent - someone who reads the room rather than fills silences
- Confident operating independently
- Immediately available or on a short notice period preferred
