Executive Assistant
About the Client
Our client is a family office with a diversified portfolio across multiple sectors and asset classes. The firm invests globally through:
- Fund investments
- Direct opportunities
- Supported by a collaborative team of investment and operational professionals across international offices
The Role
The Executive Assistant will provide:
- High-level support to senior executives
- Close collaboration with the wider investment team
- Strong relationships with external stakeholders
The ideal candidate should be:
- Proactive
- Highly organised
- Discreet
- Confident in a dynamic international environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinate:
- Domestic and international travel
- Complex itineraries
- Manage:
- Expenses
- Correspondence
- Presentations
- Reports and executive documentation
- Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and:
- Internal stakeholders
- External stakeholders
- Coordinate investment committee meetings, including:
- Agendas
- Document preparation
- Meeting minutes
- Support broader:
- Business administration
- Operational activities across the investment team
- Maintain:
- Accurate records
- Documentation
- CRM data
- Organise:
- Internal meetings
- Off-sites
- Board meetings
- Networking events
- Corporate functions
- Collaborate with:
- Executive support colleagues
- Office management
- Deliver exceptional level of support
- Anticipate needs of senior executives
- Proactively manage competing priorities

Essential Skills & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally in:
- Financial services
- Investment management
- Private equity
- Hedge funds
- Professional services
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong:
- Written communication skills
- Verbal communication skills
- High levels of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with ability to:
- Work independently
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly:
- PowerPoint
- Confidence in using:
- CRM tools
- Other business applications
- Either:
- Degree educated
- Equivalent professional experience
- Full right to work in the UK
